It seems that bond is going up against... the phantom of the opera? đŸ¥¶

Only other info that’s known is that Cary Fukunaga is directing (so it’ll look good visually at least) and that Rami Malek is the main bad guy.

The last Bond movie I saw was Casino Royale, it was hard for me to watch a gritty Bond film but I remember liking it for what it was. I haven't seen the subsequent films, are they any good?

I've seen all Bond flicks and don't consider any of them 'great' movies. Casino Royal the best of them. Octopussy the favorite (due to it always being on cable back in the day). Skyfall the most overrated. A View to a Kill the weakest. They all have their moments. Some great scenes, some awful scenes, hawt chicks, cornball plots and usually very very bad humor. But, most are at least fun watches.

I'd like to see Cavill continue as Superman. But the guy wears a suit like no one else in movies. Maybe he can do both....

Skyfall is unconditionally my favorite Bond film. A lot of people didn't like Quantum of Solace - it was fair. Spectre was disappointing.
